yan shou gongYan Shou Gong is a Chinese exercise system, derived from martial arts.  The name means 'The Art of Longevity' and the goal is to allow the practitioner to remain fit and healthy into old age, promoting mindfulness and mobility.

It consists of 36 exercises divided into six sets of six and is intended to fit into a busy lifestyle.  Each exercise is short and relatively easy to learn and practise on a daily basis.  It is not necessary to learn all 36 exercises or to learn in any particular order.

Participants can therefore join the class at any point and leave or return at any time.

Short videos are published on a WhatsApp group to allow participants to learn and practice at home.
