Tai Chi is a low impact, slow-motion exercise in which you move without pausing through a series of motions.  It addresses the key components of fitness - muscle strength, flexibility and balance.

Qi Gong is seen as a complement to western medecine.  It can help the body heal itself by slowing or even reversing the effects of certain conditions.
