Following the Hatha school of thought, the class will start with a short relaxation period comprising some mental preparation, through comfortable sitting postures and breathing. This will be followed by a series of movemnets, involving bending, stretching, balance etc., stressing the importance of body position rather than the depth of the stretch.
The exercises will change from week to week and the class will end with some relaxation.
Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
