We practise a series of standing, sitting and lying yoga postures for approximately one hour, at a pace where everyone can follow and with suggestions for alternative postures if some positions are a 'stretch' too far. Participants should bring their own yoga mat.
This is a very sociable group and we finish with a friendly coffee. Our trainer has many years of experience in practising and teaching Yoga.
