CANASTA
If you enjoy playing card games, you'll love this!

Every other Wednesday / 10.30am - 12.30pm / Training Room, Asda, Main Street, Bangor

COFFEE MORNING
A group of ladies come together to have coffee and cakes.  There is always lively conversation in good company.  New members will be very welcome.

3rd Tuesday in month / 10.30am - 12.30pm / Members' homes

SEQUENCE DANCING
Sequence Dancing consists of everyone doing the same steps, at the same time, in the same direction around the room, which makes it easier than Ballroom dancing.  Each dance is taught from the beginning by our leader who is very patient and allows for lack of dancing experience!  While it is an advantage to bring a partner, it is usually possible to pair up on arrival and some women dance together.  Sequence Dancing blends mental and physical skills; the combination of good music and good company makes the class very rewarding and enjoyable.

Group 1: 1st & 3rd Thursday in month / 10.30am - 12.15pm / Hamilton Road Community Hub
Group 2:  Monday / 2.15pm - 4.00pm / Hamilton Road Community Hub

LUNCHEON CLUB
We visit a variety of restaurants in Bangor and the wider North Down area, usually once a month.  Please contact the Convenors for further details and see the Magazine for venues and times.

SATURDAY SMART SET
This group is for members who would like to go on a trip once a month on a Saturday, using their Smart Pass.  Anyone interested should contact the Convenor.

WINE TASTING
This is a very occasional group, meeting usually three times a year when we invite a visiting expert wine-buff to bring along a selection of wines for us to taste, usually with a theme.  It’s amazing what we have learned over the years, not only about wine but about geography, types of grape, growing requirements, pests, climate and many other interesting and educational things.

Usually three times a year / 7.30pm - 10.00pm / Groomsport Boat House  (see Magazine)
